Divine Dhara Return and Exchange Policy

However, we understand that there may be rare instances where an exchange is necessary. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

1. No Refund Policy:
- Divine Dhara does not offer refunds on any purchases. Our policy is strictly exchange-only.

2. Exchange Eligibility:
- Exchanges are only accepted for items that are damaged upon receipt.
- To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

3. Exchange Process:
- If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Provide a detailed description of the damage along with photographic evidence.
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide instructions for returning the damaged item.

4. Shipping for Exchanges:
- Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the damaged item.
- We will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item.

5. Processing Time:
- Once we receive the damaged item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
- If approved, we will process the exchange and send out the replacement item within 7-10 business days.
